An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a well-established estate agency known for their proactive approach to lettings and tenant relations across the Edinburgh residential market.

As a Property Manager, you will manage a residential property portfolio, oversee tenancy matters and support the wider property management team.

This full-time role offers a salary range of £32,000 - £35,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance and repair works ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
• Handle tenancy disputes, complaints and complex property matters
• Ensure all properties remain compliant with Scottish lettings legislation and safety requirements
• Oversee HMO properties and associated licensing obligations
• Conduct property inspections and follow up on any required actions
• Support and mentor junior members of the property management team
• Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure high service standards
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation

The candidates from the following background will be considered:

• Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Lettings Property Manager, Residential Property Manager, Property Management Officer, Tenancy Manager, Portfolio Manager or in a similar role.

What we are looking for:

Essential:

• Approx. 2-3 years' experience within residential property management
• Understanding of Scottish lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Experience managing HMO properties
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and workloads simultaneously
• Confident handling challenging conversations and resolving disputes
• Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues

Desirable:

• ARLA Propertymark qualification 
• Letwell qualification
